Hi i'm new using the nokia chat service and i have to say that i like it very much, but after 3 days of use i tried to get online and when i did i had no contacts in my list. I would like too see what can i do and if someone has had the same trouble.

I'm very sorry about that, but this seems to be related to our service break. Our service break was caused by a unexpected problem in the hosting center (cooler breakdown) and due to a reason still undiscovered this caused our database to break. We had to recover a back-up copy that was dated 23th of January.
This means that friendships made after this date have ceased to exists, and needs to be done again. We're incredible sorry about this, and will make every effort to make sure that this problem doesn't happen anymore.
