2. pictures
3. video
4. music etc..

OTA using this client (something like we do in PC/Mac chat clients)

yup should be a file sharing client feature similar to nokia web server.
maybe a tied in integration for the future.
Nokia Web Server does act as IM client in some way, but used as back bone with Ovi Contacts layered on top can play a lot of potential.
