Maps Updater unable to recognize N78 with 30.011

I have my girlfriend's N78 with software version 30.011 just installed with Nokia Updater. The Nokia Maps Updater is unable to recognize the phone in the sense that it correctly detects the model (N78) but it gives an error when it connects the web to find any update. The Italian error I get is: "Impossibile reperire informazioni sufficienti [3]."

How do I solve this? On my personal N78 I successfully installed Ovi Maps before the firmware upgrade and now after upgrading the firmware of my phone, also that phone is not recognized anymore by Nokia Map Updater.

I've the same phone model, the same firmware installed, the same problem! Everyone can tell me what to do?

Hi!
I sent a message to the Nokia Contact Center, and they told me it's a known bug. They are working on it and they should release an updated version soon (they told me in one week, one week ago!).
For the moment, it's still not solved.
