Buggy navigation and limited POI database, weird POI search

To test how reliable the Nokia maps 3 navigation is on my n97, I navigated to a place which I already know how to get. The software does well showing me how to get there. I now purposely missed my way, then Nokia maps get confused! Instead of telling me to go left, it tells me to go right. Even when I've reached my destination, it still doesn't tell me that I've reached my destination, it still tries to return me back to the point where I missed my way to begin with. It then highlights multiple paths in blue (i guess it highlights the original path + recalculated path). This will be a disaster if I'm actually in a position where I'll need to rely on it to get out of an unfamiliar area. This bug has a 50-60% rate of occuring.

Also, I searched for a Costco in Durham, NC which I know it exists (I shop there all the time), nokia maps gave me the closest location as in Washington DC! truly weird.

Nokia guys, please look into this. I can even pay for the voice guided navigation if this problem is fixed. Thanks!

If the software find the way and you go off the route for whatever reason the software should restart you from your new location, after all if you come across a diverstion, what is the point of maps taking you back to where the diversion started... Yes you guessed it, It done it to me. I avoided major roadworks that had been on the A66 for months (no alert on maps even with travel/safety licence) and when returning to A66 from other roads, it told me to take a U-turn to go back through the roadworks instead of continuing me on my journey.

OMM3 should continue from new location and not where it thinks you should restart from. Should be easy to fix, as OMM3 would know your GPS location and can re-route from that point instead of last correct location.
