I was using Maps 2.0, and it was slow as h*ll
Now it's all improved with 3.0, way to go ppl @ beta Labs!
But now I cannot get maps with the correct language...
for example, I need Hong Kong/Taiwan Maps with Traditional Chinese
but Maps 3.0 keeps getting me the English version....
It's really annoying!
So how can I change the map into a Chinese one?
I'm having the same problem.
In Maps 2.0, you have to set your phone language to chinese, then open Maps 2.0 once to create the diskchace folder, and then load the maps to it, and the maps will be in chinese even if you switch phone language back to English.
In Ovi Maps 3.0, it doesn't care if your phone language is set in English or Chinese, it just change the language your phone language is. For example:(if your phone is in English, the maps will be in english pinyin, if your phone is in Chinese, the maps will be in chinese.
Seriously I would like to change my language setting to Traditional Chinese. I downloaded HK and Macau maps and I can't understand pinyin!!!
