Route overview is useless and with some bugs

I think that the route overview is useless when someone is driving for a lot of kms because the map is very small and there is no indication for the next change of direction on the display like on the other views.

I think that the arrow is pointing the direction, but I'm not sure.

the progress bar is a fine idea but if you change type of view, some time is beging to count from the gps position and not from the start of the route.

the distance remaining to go is written to small

there is no compass and no speed limit signal.

Haven't noticed this on my N95 8Gb.

Maybe it's because I use auto zoom. Don't remember the tiny map. I'll have to check on the way home this evening.

@navio1973: Sorry I mean I'll have to check on my way to Favourite #1 this eveing.

I use the autozoom too.
I would ask you if you use the route overview and how many and what do you think about it.
I used it few times, but it did not impress me.
better use Favourite #3 or Favourite #4, Favourite #1 could be obvious :)

I've only used it a few times as I prefer the standard Navigation View. I find it cleaner.

Like the idea of it though, but I think it depends somewhat on what your using the app for at the time.

Maybe I should tag it as "Least Favourite" maybe that will catch them out.

I think a zoom feature is missing from the Route Overview. At least it does not work on my E90 Communicator (yea yea, I know it is not supported yet...!)

When you have a long Drive To route - say, 200 km, it woluld often be helpful to be able to zoom in and examine details in e.g. city area. Currently, when the entire 200 km is squeezed to the small display, it is completely impossible to see any details.

I use Auto Zoom on Navigation view, so zooming elsewhere is impossible, as the display is continuously reset to the current location...
