'Resume' navigation facility

Suggestion for Ovi Maps 3.0 Beta for mobile

My ancient Navman Satnav system does this and it's a great feature - much needed on Nokia Maps.

Currently if you stop for petrol or at a service station, you have two choices:

a. Stop navigation, and have to start from scratch and select your detination all over again each time you stop and resume your journey

b. Leave navigation running, wasting power, and if you forget to mute the volume, with your pocket announcing turns you should make to the surprise of people you pass!

So, please, can you add an easily accessed resume facility, to continue the journey to the last used destination?

Very nice input.
To build on this the native application stops all current activity(in my trials "show route") (also dont bother asking how i let my 1 month trial go to waste) when accessing maps 3.0.settings pannel. Causing frustration and promoting danger to my self and others.

I agree with the above, but another take on this would be to be able to select a additional way point while the navigation was running to find that petrol station/pub/post office in the first place without having to remove the destination or stop navigation. Very useful for the times I use navigation which is usually on back roads or in villages while finding work sites I need to visit.
