I just installed version 3.03(316) of Ovi Maps, and it doesn't support the compass on my N86. This makes it a *lot* less useful--since, if I'm lost, I usually don't know which way is north.
This is the North American N86 8GB (RM-486), firmware version 21.006 ("custom version 21.006.268.01").

compass defaults off on Nokia E71
I have loaded Ovi Maps 3.03 on my E71 and all seems to be working with the exception that there is compass not showing north, only default operation of Align Map North.the older versions was woked properly when i loaded new one after that I found that the compass always starts off and to turn the compass on I need to press the 5 key (the Align map north key) to turn Align to North off and enabe the compass, but this doesn't help.
Is anyone else seeing the same issues on other phones or is this just an issue with the E71. please help for that.my mail is mrloves6@yahoo.com
