This maybe a silly question but how do I increase the volume control on my phone as i now can not hear the voice on the nav at all. P.S it was working before i press some buttons but do not which ones.

On the options screen there is a volume icon. clikc on this and change the volume.

If this button does not work and you are using one of the two "with streets" text-to-speech voice files install one of the standard files use this once and return to the "with streets" version you were using and volume should now work.
