I have installed the Ovi Maps Browser plugin for Safari and though the installation was done without complication the plugin doesn't show up in Safari.
I'm running a G4 Powerbook with Leopard 10.5.7 and Safari 4.
Is the plugin only compatible with Intel-Macs?
I haven't noticed as I use an Intel MacBook - if it's not PPC-compatible, it should be a matter to produce a universal binary which of using Xcode shouldn't (notice, shouldn't) be too complex unless the plugin has also to be marked supporintg both darwin-ppc and darwin-x86 which I can't figure out how to do.

Why not a plug in for FireFox OSX?
as it looks, the plugin will only work on 10.5 (or higher), intel
My wife is still stuck in 10.4/PPC, and I think there's still lots of people in that situation, so, why not supporting them, too?
