adding alternative routes / short cuts for uploading

hi there!

ya i know i got already 2 more innovations:

- adding some alternative routes on ovi.maps.com --> if you want an alternative way to find your target, there should be one more button for "alternative route". f.e. if you dont want to take the freeway or you just want to take another way, it would be glad to let the user choose what he wants. ;-)

- this is for the navigation: for local people, it is easy to know the shortest way to a target. why not letting the other people know about the short cuts?? f.e. i know a short cut, upload it to ovi.map.com (sync or something else) and a second person needs to control and verify it. if this process was successfully done, the new/faster route is avaliable for all the others.

I think it's one of the ways the navigation programs should go. Gives the user choose between "official" or users suggested route. It's complicated because always someone could make a "route" longer then normal of i.e 50-100-150 km. Of course there must be a way to upload this king of route to device. So...

There should be a part of web site where someone who want to show to others "his" shortcut should upload the "official" way from software and his suggestion. Any one who want to use it have a possibility to compare these two or more ways and choose....

It should be fine that it make as Google Maps or Bing Maps (Microsoft). If I drag a point of the route, I will show in realtime the new route.
