I installed v4 and then found my gallery failed to display photos. I uninstalled share v4 with great difficulty ('unable to delete file' errors) so that I could get my gallery to work but it still had major problems. I have the latest (11.4) version of the N79 operating system installed.
Thankfully I was able to remove it by full reset *#7370# after backing up my phone to the memory card
