Compatibility with Pixelpipe? (Facebook)

Anyone able to get the new Pixelpipe service (pixelpipe.com/nokia) to work with Share Online 4.3?

This service supposedly allows mobile uploads to Facebook via Share Online.

Hi Jamaal,

Yes, we have been able to get Share Online 4.3 beta working with the 'unofficial' pixelpipe CFG available from their site; it appears to function as advertized by the pixelpipe guys. You must manually get the CFG file to your phone, (Share Online will not automatically load it, as it does for Share, Flickr, and Vox in appropriate locales where available).

Could you tell me which folder do I put the .cfg file to? I tried executing it but nothing happens (not added anywhere)

I've downloaded both the customised and uncustomized cfg files from pixelpipe and neither of them will load into Share Online. I've looked at the XML in the cfg files, but can't identify anything that would cause it to fail. I'm sure many folks would appreciate you letting us know how to load a new cfg file into Share Online 4.3, or simply provide us with an example cfg file for 4.3.

On my N96 I just downloaded the cfg file in the download folder and opened it from the browser window. SO 4.3 configured itself, I changed the Pixelpipe settings to upload pix in their original size. It works: uploaded to Picasaweb.

It didn't work on my N85 and since I can't uninstall this beta once I install it, I'm not willing to try again until someone can confirm it works on their N85 with the same firmware as mine (see below)

It works on the N85 with Share Online 3 as well as Share Online 4.3. Just go to www.pixelpipe.com/nokia from your phone, login and click on the link for the CFG file. Simply open the file and Pixelpipe shall get saved to Share Online.
