When I try to "import" a workout via the sports tracker dashboard link I get "Application Error" and a dead email link for support.
This used to be an intermittent problem but now I get it every time I try. I've also tried many different routes without luck.
I've see a lot of complaints about this error online. This is a great service and it'd be great to get this fixed!
I can provide a sample gpx if required.
I have had the same problem. I have tried downloading tracks from a friends profile in KML format, converting these to GPX format, and then uploading the result, but the same error appears for me.

Have currently the same experience. Have tried several times during the last couple of weeks without any success. Get the error message and the dead email support link.
This used to work fine. Have uploaded/imported gpx files to the Sports Tracer web service several times last year, files that originally were created by a Garmin GPS, and had no problems.
Hopefully Nokia will fix the web bug asap. I havn't seen them commenting on this issue yet. According to the # of views this thread get, several users are having the same problem.
Please, post your solution if any of you out there (eg you Nokia guys) has got one!

I have tried to manually add some data, and always, with either IE7, Firefox, Opera, I get the same application error message. The data seems to go correctly, but the error message is very annoying.
Same issue months ago when I was attempting to upload GPX files created by Wayfinder Active on my e61. Like SimpPP, I tried all my browsers and finally figured NST didn't like my files.
I tried again on March 1, 2009 when my ST app crashed for the first time in over 75 workouts. I drew my route on Google Earth and turned the KML into GPX using a program called Load My Tracks. Attempts to upload through the NST web interface returned the same error message as it did months ago as I mentioned above. Finally, I used the "create workout manually" to include my March 1 route. It worked, but only after two failed attempts which returned a familiar error message and email link.
I understand the beta use caveat, and I'm extremely grateful I get to participate, but I haven't had a single reply to any support/help desk/feedback emails.

Regarding my mention of Wayfinder Active, I was testing it side by side with NST last year. Naturally, I can only use one app at a time for the same purpose so I desired consolidation of my workouts from both services into NST when I stopped testing WF product.

Sorry, the subject of this thread involves manually attempting to upload a workout using the NST website's Flash-based interface.
If you are experiencing problems when attempting to upload FROM the mobile app, a couple tips involve restarting the application and making sure Bluetooth is turned off during the upload attempt of your workout.
Also, update your SportsTracker app to v2.05.
