Create workout manually - application error

When I select "Create workout manually" option from NST dashboard "Application error" page is shown.

Also all historical workouts created manually are not presented on dashboard google maps section, although data about duration/spped/distance are shown.

I've the same problem. The workout is shown in my profile but not on the dashboard. I also draw the route manually but can't save it. The same error is shown.
