Map disappears

After scrolling through the displays, which tell you various good bits of information, I lose the map (with roads and place-names) and I'm left with only the track on which I've run.

Software: 03.25.112.03
Firmware: RM-367
Model: 6210 Navi.

In general have you got maps set to download or phone and download. I have it set to phone and download and it has never failed for me. Probably unrelated, but worth checking.
