The Sports Tracker v. 2.06 program crashes when I start the music player in my Nokia 5800 v. 20.0.012.
It is crashing when music player is used almost every time, if not at ones then after a while.
I am using Sony/Ericsson Bluetooth HBH--DS220 headset.
It's the same thing that happen to me on my N78
I think that the problem is the "automatic beep lap"
Tomorrow I will try without this beep
Hi guys. I'll try forcing an instance of this problem by using the Music Player on a workout to see if this problem is more universal. (with and without the lap counter)

Hi guys, I can confirm the Sprot Tracker + 5800 + music player combination bug report.
For two nights in a row (three crashes) the NST has crashed while walking, every time around 15-18min in the training. After this when the the program is restarted, it "saves 1 workout after the program was terminated". The saved workout is only the first 10 minutes of the actual workout.
At the NST webpage the workout is show in full but the statics if only from the first 10 minutes.
Workout profile shows the whole workout.
I have Nokia 5800 + Sports Tracker 2.06 + BH-503 as my system.

Too bad that this seems to affect 5800's, and possibly N78's, only.
I tried a variety of setting configurations but couldn't force the bug on my E61.
I hope a fix is in the works in light of Nokia's claim to have sold 13 million 5800 handsets to date!

I have done an hard reset on my N78 to be sure that there weren't other problem
So on my "virgin and clean" N78 I've installed Nst 2.06.....
this morning I try to run but again new crash....
After crash I have tried to open again Nst, but before to load there was a message on cell that + o - said this: that recover last session after error problem....ans so on????
well before to try new session in general menu I have disabled : "verify update" and "internet access".
In this case It's seem to work...

well.. today I try again with these setting:
1) access point= nothing
2) verify update= no
So It works...
therefore the bug is when there is connection problem or signal loss to a provider. Perhaps when It happens a passage between 2G and 3G
I have the same problem, sports tracker is crashing when i'm listening to the music. I discovered, that it's caused only by mp3 files without id3 tags. When the file without tag starts to play, then the tracker crashes. Can anybody else reproduce it?
@myoldryn, Sorry, couldn't reproduce the issue on my N79 AE. So far everything has been very stable with my setup.
Last Sunday I ran nearly four hours with the music player running throughout. None of the tracks showed up at all. The tracks were four (4) one-hour PodRunner podcasts (no tags)

I have EXACTLY the same problems: everytime I start the music player the sports tracker crashes down. Then it goes in a loop and keeps crashing down everytime I am trying to start the sports tracker (somehting that I've solved by turning off and then on the device).
The sports tracker works fine with radio though!
Any help????

Sports Tracker crashes immediately if the music player is running, even paused, but not for all tracks.
Bluetooth is disabled on my phone.
"the solution for N78", as posted in this thread, does not work on my 5800
And if you see in the sportstracker download site, 5800 is no longer shown.

After flashing the phone and reinstall everything. My phone do not crashing when using music player and Sports tracker anymore.
Changed Sports tracker from v. 2.06 to v.1.83
Firmware is: Nokia 5800 v. 20.0.012.
