Nokia Sports Tracker with my N73

Hey.

So, I looked up for a while for an older version but I didn't found anything in the www.
Now I tested the file for the N95 (v1.78 S60 3.1) and this version works fine. Till yet the only problem is that there is no Icon in the menu of my device but this is negligible.

You could try version 1.82 (test version). See below.

You can downlaod a newer version from Nokia Research Centre (http://research.nokia.com/research/projects/SportsTracker/index.html) which shows maps within Sports Tracker.

Nokia S60 3.1 devices: N82, N95, E71 etc. (v1.82, 02-10-2008) - http://research.nokia.com/files/SportsTracker_31_v182.sisx
Nokia S60 3.2 devices: N79, N85 (v1.82, 02-10-2008) - http://research.nokia.com/files/SportsTracker_32_v182.sisx

1) Fixed a problem with GPS sometimes turning off in the middle of exercise.
2) Small improvements here and there.
3) v1.82 is only available in English. Italian and Spanish are underway.
4) NEW: we're testing map background! Whoa, cool! This test build has a gray scale map behind the track plot instead of a blank background. We're testing Navteq content with over the air (OTA) download, application does NOT use any preloaded content from Nokia Maps. Memory card is required for using this feature. We also highly recommend having a fixed data plan. In order to be able to see maps, you need to pair your device with http://sportstracker.nokia.com web service (this can be done directly from the phone).
This is a test version, so all feedback is warmly welcomed. Let us know what you think

I don't try this versions for now because I using a N73 --> S60 3.0

So today I tested the 1.82 version. I was able to install this version: Nokia S60 3.1 devices on my N73.

But unfortunately there is still no icon in my menu. This isn't a big problem...

Though I noticed a major bug. The Speed field and the distance field in the main screen is empty on recording.
Also the fields for Avg speed, Altitude, Distance, Time, Latitude N and Longitude E on the next screens are empty.

But it is recorded. The speed vs. time graph and the speed vs. distance is shown. Altitude vs. distance works. Route on the map is shown.
And when I upload the file to my sports tracker account I can see all the speed measurements.

I recognised that this problem occoures also with this version: N95 (v1.78 S60 3.1) which I tested before.

I'm not able to see all this numbers (speed etc.) on my Phone screen.

I'm not sure what's going wrong there.
Maybe it's coz I don't use the S60 3.0 app...but the version for my N73 can't be installed.

I have the same problems updating from 1.71 to 1.78
I try the same with 1.82 and 2.05 but for S60 3.1.

Its the same, see "Der Bong"
If you want, i have the 1.71 here wich works fine.

I have just installed the new version of sports tracker on my N73. Nothing happens simply does not work. I up graded from the old version which I deleted. Can anyone give me advice on what to do, or where can I find the old version

I also have no functionality when trying to run ADIS_30_v206 on my, with latest firmware equiped, N73. Is there going to be a solution or do all N73 users have to go back to version 1.71???
I see the program icon but when activating it, the screen returns to the menu and nothing happens.
Please help us poor N73 users........

Note: the version 2.06 has a .sisx extention instead of a .sis extention. Version 1.71 has a .sis extention and it works well. Normally .sis extentions are used for the Nokia N73. Can this be the problem???

As above. I also deleted old sports tracker to get the new version from the official website and had the bad surprise on my N73. Fortunately your version from rapidshare (1.71 S60 3.0) runs well
