I've been using version 1.73 for a while and it had the option to view satellite images whilst you were on route. This was an excellent feature if you were doing a bit of off road cycling.
Upon auto updating to 2.05 the option is missing from the map options.
Do any of you folks also have this 'feature' or is it a drawback from having an unsupported phone (5800)
I know I could switch out to Google maps at any time, but it was much simpler to have the images within the app.
I've never even heard of that feature option. v1.78 had no maps. The v1.82 had the same maps as v2.05.

I was wrong in my original post with the version I was running. It was

so that you can see the option was there (excuse the poor picture). On the map choices it states the usual zoom in, zoom out, fix quality and reset. Its just on my older 1.83 version it had satellite and terrain options which I found quite handy. I have since reverted back as the upgrade seemed a step backwards.
