Media upload

Hi all,

I regularly see Sports Tracks users on live workouts in the community map view, there are also often pictures associated with them. Also, I see completed workouts with pictures attached to them.

I've been testing and so far haven't been able to get any pictures to upload to Sports Tracker. I imagined that on taking a photo with Sports Tracker running that the photos that I have taken with it running would be uploaded?

Am i doing something wrong? I know I can manually add pictures on completion, but I'm more interested in automatically uploading them, especially when sharing a live workout.

PS - Phone is a Nokia 5800

After your workout go to "Training Diary" select the "workout" during which you took the photographs.

Select "Options" and "Upload to service"

When the workout is uploaded you should receive a message saying

"Workout Media
Search for associated media items?
Yes No"

Select "Yes".

In the very rare cases when this does not work you may have to go to the Nokia Sport Tracker website and delete the workout from the website and then upload it again from you phone.

I haven't seen the option to search for associated media after uploading. But what about a live workout? Surely the pictures are uploaded as you take them? I've not been able to do either.

No sorry. From my experience the photos upload at the end of the workout if you upload the live workout. The only live part of the workout is the route that you are taking the media side of it has to be uploaded after the fact.
