I know, that this question was already touched several times, but unfortunatelly without out any solution.
Now, I just wonder if there is at least a workaorund (editing database records, whatever) to merge/split workouts?
Thanks,
Sasmadar

Maybe you could try exporting to GPX and merging these files on your PC. Then importing this new merged GPX file onto the Sports Tracker website.
mbrett
N95 8Gb (Product Code: 0558787 (UK)) FW 31.0.018
When looking into one of those GPX files it looks like quite a hassle to combine two files; for each index you have to edit distance, time and name on the file that you want to append, doing that by hand will take a lifetime. Has anybody done some sort of script that could do that, or is there some other way of doing a merge?

It explains how to trim out a lot of the unnecessary data to get a plain gpx (no speed data etc), you could do this to the 2 workouts you want to join (usin WORDPAD as it handles the end of line character properly), find the closest co-ordinates and copy / paste them into a new file, save as a gpx and then import into the website as mbrett suggests above. You'll need to strip out the trailer tags from the 1st file and the header tags from the 2nd file!
Splitting a long track into 2 would be similar except that you need to copy the file and edit both (again use WORDPAD), remove any data for the segment that you don't want to include in the new gpx, save it and import. I'm not sure about the headers, but best to leave everything down to and including the entry and from to the bottom of the file in each file and edit the data in between ensuring that you have a matching to close every that is opened.
