Is it possible to print the result of a rout/workout?
I saved it as XML but I can't open in in any application. I want to see the graphs

Go to sportstracker.nokia.com.
Register with your Nokia Username and password.
Pair your user on your phone with the Website. Done witihn NST on your phone.
Upload your workout.
Log into the website http://sportstracker.nokia.com
Click on your workout
On the workout screen select Other options and then select show printable version.

I did that.
I am now in the Dashbord and see the map.
I don't find the "other options" key.
Click on the workout link that you want to print.
You should then see a page deicated to that workout.
Top right should say "other options"

I occasionally use the screen capture feature on my Mac. It will give you exactly what you see. Shift+Apple+4
On a PC you can find many freeware screenshot apps out there. Unless my friends here can tell us that Vista includes one. (I have an XP PC)
Anyway, the results are better than the simplified output of the NST website's "Show a printable version".

To screen capture on wndows there are two simple options:
1) Press [Print Screen] (Top left of keyboard) - Prints everything on the screen.
2) Press [Alt] + [Print Screen] - Prints only the the application window that you presently have active.
