Restore deleted workout on phone

Hi all,

I have deleted one of my recorded track on my phone.
BUT, I have uploaded this the the web service before.
Is there any possibility to bring them back on the phone ?
Something like export from the web service, and import on the phone
or has someone a good NTFS "restore tool" for SD Cards?

I have the same problem, as it seems my local workouts were lost in a SW update process (they were not restored from a backup). It would be nice if I could fetch the .dat files from server side back to my device.
