Some problems during the upload to NST Web Account

Hi everyone..first of all I want to say that NST is a wonderful application for our wonderful shartphones..but let's explain the only problem I've been running into..sometimes NST isn't able to upload my workout to service, it seems it is uploading but often, even after 4-5 minutes, it cannot display that it succeeded as it usually does..then I have to stop the process and after a few attempts NST manages to upload the workout and everything is fine but (here is the real problem) on my NST account those unsuccessful uploads partly appear in the dashboard..I mean..they don't appear in "the latest workout" and in the "map" neither..but they partly appear in the recent events and in the training summary, so it comes out that some workouts of mine are duplicated or even tripled in the training summary!..but there's no way to delete the wrong workouts!!!..it is possible to overcome this trouble??

On the NST website go to "my profile"

Select View all at the bottom of the right hand workouts list.

Select the duplicate workouts and select delete one at a time.

I have observed a similar problem in the past, but not as bad as your. This is how I removed the duplicates.

Please post back to state if this worked.

Hi mbrett..thanks for your advice but the procedure you described cannot help me..the wrong workouts do not appear in that page!..

@steci86,

Is your Bluetooth switched on? That may be the problem.

See the bug report I just entered and comment there if you have a similar observation with Bluetooth interfering with NST uploading.

Hello again!..I cannot understand why but the problem I had with my NST web account doesn't show up anymore since this morning..the wrong workouts disappeared and the training summary finally can show me the right data!..
