I have a company-owned telephone subscription and data features are disabled. Is it possible to upload workouts manually to own sportstracker site with help of PC-suite and datacable. How is it done?

This capability has been requested a number of times in the past and has now arrived.
On your phone, open the workout youn wish to upload to the Sports Tracker website. Select Export and "Export as GPX".
Copy this export file onto your PC.
Go to the Sports Tracker Website
http://Sportstracker.nokia.com
Log in and on your "Dashboard" and select "Import Workout" (bottom right of "Latest Workouts" list.
Browse to the GPX workout file on your PC. Fill in the other fields as required and click on "Save"
Job Done.

Thanks for your help! The Import Workout button came visible to my dashboard after I had uploaded 1 workout to my profile from another phone. (I think this option should be available without having any workouts saved --> Improvent proposal)
When uploading gpx-file I get an error message invalid gpx-file. I have tried this manual import with a couple of different workouts. Any idea what is wrong now? Workouts seems to be ok in my phone (Nokia 6210 navigator)
I'll try with a workout I haven't already uploaded this afternoon.

I ran into a problem of the NST website not accepting my exported NST GPX files. I found success only when I kept a workout's default name. Ordinarily, I change my workout's names in Options>Properties within workout view on the mobile app. Further complicating things would be the use of non-english characters. Whenever I've done this the GPX files wont be accepted at the NST site, nor with any of the 3rd-party desktop applications I use for workout analyzations.

In my previous post I had kept the name the same as that on my phone.
Maybe as you say this is why it worked without issue.

Has someone noticed this error: I am using N79 and exporting manually to gpx to save money on data-transmission. When importing in sportstracker web application, all of a sudden the speed values seem to be wrong (much to high!). Is this an error? Any idea how this can be corrected?
