Hi,
just to inform you that I did a "Check for update" from v.2.05 on my N96, and version 2.06 is available ! Installed without problem.
Again, on my N 73 its didnt work......
like 1.78 or 2.05.
Andreas
just got 2.06 on my n95-3 I got the update notice qwhile on my way to my office so I had to wait a quite long hour or so to get it in my mobile... thanks for the pedometer! :)
Happily, I can confirm the lap sound is back for v2.06.
No need for the "power save" off workaround anymore.
v2.06 installed OTA without a hitch to my e61.
Thanks NST Dudes!

Current setup: e61 unbranded product code 0529654 Euro-B1 Silver. Firmware: 3.0633.09.04. Theme: Ovi blue. Service provider: 3 Sweden. Peripherals: Bluemax ext BT GPS module
Is there a direct linke to the S60 3.2 version I could try as my NST does not seem to be able to update itself via the NST menu.

I uploaded it here : http://lbalogh.googlepages.com/SportsTracker_32_206.sis (it's the version I installed on my N96, don't if it will work on yours)
Hi NST Team,
Thanks for the release! :)
One note though, the Step Count functionality for capable phones (N95) has not be added back yet.
Please let us know. Thanks.
Is there a possibility to get a update thats the new versions works
also under S60 ver 3.0 for the N 73?
Haven't tried it too much today but the few times I've opened WD today it hasn't failed yet -- did the NST Team change anything in the ST files so they don't break WD again? :)
Hi NST Team, just confirming that I'm unable to find Accelerometer functions in v2.06 (ie. that were in v 1.78). Please advise. Thanks.
Is anyone else not getting stepcounts during a workout or in the workout summary?
@leonardchen
what device model are you having trouble with?
Hi Speedgrapher, N95 8GB
Thanks NST Team for this update.
@leonardchen
The accelerometer functions are available to switch on or off in;
>SETTINGS>ACTIVITIES>RUNNING>ENABLE PEDOMETER>Y/N
However, there may be a bug here, for whenever I set this to 'Yes' then start a new workout, it fails to continue to the main screen. This doesn't happen when the pedometer is set to 'No'.
I'm running this on an N82.
Thanks
Okay, my apologies guys. In my haste to try this wonderful software out, I neglected to check which version I was installing (used the one for the N96, doh!).
Just downloaded the N82 version, so far it's working like a dream.
Good work Nokia.
Thanks
Hi NST and Community members, Thank you for your guidance. My apologies for the mixup. You're all correct Step count IS active in v2.06!! Updating via the auto-update (within the mobile client) seemed to install a version that did not have the step counter code active.
Downloading directly from the Nokia Sports tracker page installs the correct version for the N95 8gb (SportsTracker_STEPS_31_v206). Key appears to be the "STEPS_31" appended to the name. Don't know why the auto updater version installed in the morning didn't work.
@ edsjon & speedgrapher thanks for you tips (the N82 version was the key).
Peace.
NST Team keep up the great work!!!
For me, the step counter works fine in the version installed by the auto updater on my N96 !
Can someone please telle me where i can find the version for Nokia E66.
At this moment i still have the 1.78...:(
My SpotsTracker on E66 updated itself automatically. Have you allowed automatic update in settings-general settings?
regards
Markus
Thanks Fonero, now it's upgraded.
With automatic update turn on it's ok!
Thanks again!
Thank you for listening beta labs, pedometer finally backagain
Kiitoksia teille kaikkille

my mistake -- NST 2.06 is still incompatible with WD 1.25
it imported the last 2.05 NST files then when I started working with 2.06 nothing was imported;
finally, when I uploaded/removed all NST files WD no longes starts again
The only slight issue I have is on uploading a workout via GPRS (2.5G/3G). It tries for a while before presenting; "Workout upload to service failed! Internal service error.".
Now I've heard flaky network signals may contribute to this, although I do have strong coverage. Despite this also happening with v1.78, it appeared to work more consistently. Uploading via WiFi usually does the trick, although strangely not straight after attempting with GPRS. A restart, then upload via WiFi solves this, which makes me think it's not a server issue...

Thanks
Installing and working without problems on my N82.
I used it with livesharing and mp3 in the background BUT
unfortunately there was a lack of battery after already 30minutes and a shutdown of the phone.
No other programs working in the background. I used 3G for live sharing.
An suggestions?

Perhaps the battery drained if you were in patchy network coverage? Your N82 may have been constantly switching between 2G and 3G signals, which can zap the power quicker... although 30mins isn't long.
Have you tried it with Live Sharing disabled?
Thanks
