I do not expect there will be any updates to the Nokia Sports Tracker mobile client software or website the project has been split from Nokia an will be offered in some form by Sports Tracking Technologies ( http://www.sportstrackingtechnologies.com ) managed by the orginal Nokia developers.
There is a way to install the Sports Tracker map data on your phone, which is to run sports tracker whilst connected via WiFi and scroll around a workout map until your covered the area in whcih you plan to run and then set NST to rely on the phone for Map Data in it's settings.
If sports tracker is installed on an alternate drive to C: (phone memory) then this is where the maps will be stored.
