I like to run and walk as my main workout activities. Every runner knows that a training session starts with a walk and, at least, finishes with a walk. Also during the route the runner could change from running to walking a few times. The problem?, the calories calculation is all wrong. The program should be able to identify what is really happening and adjust the calculation formula to the proper one.

Also, there is the possibility to have an advanced training wizard that tells a runner when to switch from walking to running and back in order to maximize the workout.
