I am always forgetting to turn off the NST when I come home.
I do have autopause on, but given the very, very poor signal I get indoors, the hours left on, the NST thinks I am erratically jumping back and forth in and out my house. Given the bad signal, it may think I jump up to 100 meters in one direction. Adding to my workout distance, and draining battery.
Maybe a phone could signal with a sound when it suspects the user may have retreated to his couch. Or something.
Just curious, what kind of workout includes couch time? Just kidding.
If you forget to turn off the app after a workout, you can edit the distance on the mobile app by going into "Properties" and selecting distance. You can also do this after uploading to the web service by choosing "Edit workout" option at the upper right of your workout window.
You can also set your mobile app "Auto-pause" option to stop recording in the event of falling below various selectable speeds. In your case, couch time.
