When you set up an account, you have the option to create a secret question, so you can retrieve your password and username. Yet, there is no indication of this function when you start up WD. If this is not possible, why even offer it?

username and password are common for all ovi services like mail, application store and maps. Wellness Diary uses this same account in its authentication and authorization.

My username and password gets me access to all aspects of Nokia - Store, My Nokia...etc, but Wellness Diary. So, as a work around I've changed my password and this has allowed me to gain access to WD. So it seems that username and password is not always common to all services.
My problems occurred after upgrading to Belle. I suggest others might try to do what I have done and go to My Nokia, change your password and see if that works for you.

have you tried your first login through 3G connection and not through WLAN?
Yes. I am able to login to all other applications ( maps) from my Anna n8. Only wellness diary after the update fails to login. Regardless of 3G or WLAN.
