On 13 November 2007, Nokia formally announced that WidSets, our fancy new Internet service, graduated from beta to an officially supported service platform. WidSets works already on more than 300 mobile devices from a wide variety of manufacturers. In addition, Nokia plans to pre-install WidSets in tens of millions of mobile phones during 2008, and enable service support in tens of different languages. The WidSets team was truly deligted with your active feedback during the beta trials, as it helped them to improve the service significantly for both users and content providers.
In 2009, WidSets was replaced by Ovi Store.
