And then when you get your fantastic E65 you wont be able to run the app as it is not compatible

I have downloaded this new version of Download! however why can i not remove the older version that was pre-installed on my N95 8GB??? I much prefer to be able to just use this new version as it has updated content that the older version (3.1.724)does not seem to have even with an update / refresh…
Any tips?
