My N95 crashed the same day I did a full Content Copier backup using the Nseries PC Suite Content Copier. (I mistakenly thought there was new firmware for the US model.) After Call+3+* resetting the phone, I ran a Content Copier restore, which did nothing. No contacts, no calendars, no bookmarks or web feeds, nothing except the access points for the device from what I can tell (it's put me in the position of having duplicate protected APs for Devicescape which I can't delete). At no time during backup or restore did the application say it was unsuccessful in any way. Really, this is a complete trainwreck for this software. The only reason I got anything back on this phone was thanks to iSync on my Mac at home. Hey there.
