It is the ability to send text/notes or URLs to the phone and for them to be saved as a bookmark, note or whatever else you can think of. A plain text box where the user can enter a text note, or url, and a radio button to select what the user wishes to do with the text, eg Send to Notes; Send to Bookmarks. The reason for this request is that often I would like to visit a URL away from the computer on the phone but the URL is either too long or tedious to find via search engine. :) I made this suggestion as a feature/feedback submission for Nokia PC Phone but it could work equally well as a widget.
