Communication Center 2.0 updated: performance, stability, and quality improved

After only 10 days in beta, thanks to your relentless testing and feedback, we are now ready with a updated version of Nokia Communication Center 2.0.

Key improvements:

Multiple fixes in calendar view

Performance improvements in messages and contacts reading

Stability improvements

Overall, the quality is getting better, and we can raise the bug-o-meter from Red - early release, many known issues to Yellow - some known issues.

Please keep sending those bug reports and improvement suggestions, and remember to fill in the survey!!

In version 1.0 (part of PC Suite 7.0.8.8 Dutch) the contact details when selecting a contact were shown at the left of the screen. In version 2 that is no longer the case. In stead, the number of contacts are listed and the contact groups.
Detail contacts are only shown now when double clicking the contact.
If Communication Center is used full screen, there seems to be room for a window containing contact details... I would like those back, because the thumbnail of the person is shown in a larger format.

I like the application. Read/Write access to contacts, groups, and calendar items from a PC is minimizing the need to sync the information with other application.

I am having a problem with Calendar items created by Papyrus v1.4.02. The item appear with type = "Unknown" and display a empty box, with title, when clicking on them.

application seems to crash if I have my phone connected via BT and move away from BT range and come back.

I have problems to create groups in contacts editor. All i get is error
"The group could not be created due to errors.
Retry later"

Hi,
I am using Nokia E65 and have problem trying to call directly from contact list: "Strating a call failed!". If fixed I am going to love this software :-)

I installed Communication Center 2.0 and made some edits in my contacts (added some pics to contacts). At first the changes were made on my e71 okay, but now somehow I can't even open my contacts. The 1-touch key on the keyboard does nothing. Menu-Communic.-Conacts does not even bring up the addressbook anymore. Help!!

I have changed my nokia N72 to music 5800 phone due small mistake by back up data stored in Text document. in that all my cantacts are in .vcf farmate and no number visible, kindly help me how i can get
