New version on Nokia N73 does not work. I removed all old versions (fe 1.78) and datafiles on both phone memory and memorycard. I also updated the firmware of the N73 last week. Any suggestions what to do now?

Tommi & NST dudes, it would be really great to clarify the situation. V2.05 doesn't seem to support HR belt but some unofficially leaked versions seem to do. Also V2.05 is not available on the main site for all devices. For example for 5800 I cannot update, since 3.2 version (1.78) doesn't start when installed.

Thanks for the update, application is really faster than ever now and tracks on maps is really what it should be but pedometer is broken on N82 (2.06 didn't change that too)

I downloaded it for my 5800XM and it works fine but I seen that it has no Heart Pulse capability...
why you delete it from 5800xm version?

I've tried to update on my 5800XM (FW v20)and all I'm getting is file corrupt messages.

Its update fine on my E71 (FW v210), but been having it crash a few times. SportsTracker v1.82 was always stable previously.

I'm unable to update my NST (old version 1.78) on my E65 fw4.0633.74.00. The program finds the update and downloads it, but during the update it informs me that "Update error"?!?

2. install spartraker 2.05
3. can't start Sportsrtracker

Not all installation packets have been updated yet. for example the packet is at version 1.78 for S60 v3.2

Please clarify which HR belt monitor is compatible with this update.

Hoping the sportstracker page will be back soon as I want to use it for a 600 mile road trip this Thursday! Very disappointed to see as well that Nokia(?) have blocked all usage of their Urbanista widget. Used to have it on my own site but I now see that it doesn't work anymore - on my site or anyone else's :-(

To those saying the pedometer doesn't work with the new update, it does on my N95 - start a new run / walk then press down a few times and you'll see it.

Not everyone will have them at the same time so be sure to search and find them. Nokia Flagships will have them first, but no discounts so if you wait a few more days they will hit other places for cheaper,for example http://nokia.kicksinfo.com.Good luck! And it is a very cool device, but not an iPhone killer. And to note, I am a Nokia E71 user for over a year and love it.

I am in USA and I have forgotten my User Name. I have called USA support call center and they are telling me since this is a beta application they do not provide support yet. They referred me to the web site, which is no help. Who I can call or email to obtain my User Name. It is not same as My Nokia Account or OVI account.

A few of us 'power users' of NST do our best to bring some level of support to this project by way of the Nokia Beta Labs forum. Unfortunately, there is no official support from Nokia on this. We have touched on the topic you are dealing with and, unfortunately, the only solution is to create a new user name. Ideally, your user name should be the same as your Nokia account username. Once you have that, go into the mobile app and select "unpair with service" under Settings>Users. Then, re-pair with service using your new user name and password and re-upload all the workouts stored on your mobile app.

E65 FW 4.0633.74.00 gives "Update Error !"

It has been almost a year now since this error has been reported. What gives?

I have a Nokia e71 running Sports Tracker v2.06. I thought that the application had live map display added to it with version 1.8x (I recently came across a blog reference about this dated 2008). However, on version 2.06 I only see a blank background screen with the route. No maps appear. Is there an option I must turn on to view the maps on my mobile when using SportsTracker?
