Beta Labs satisfaction survey results

A few weeks back, I asked you to answer a user satisfaction survey that we had created. I promised I would share the results with you, and here they are! (pdf)

We are naturally trying to find ways to improve those items the most, which have correlated heavily with the overall satisfaction, but which have not performed particularly well. Thank you for participating in the survey! I assure you, your feedback is already having an impact.

kitii and a tip

it'r good form to mark yer pdf linked hypertext with a clue for the chap (or dame) looking telling it is a pdf they are about to encounter.
