A couple months back we revealed the results of the Beta Labs satisfaction survey and I can promise you, the results have certainly been taken seriously. I'd like to hear some direct feedback and perhaps some comments on the results, since mere numbers and statistics never tell it all.
I'm inviting you to a chat session tomorrow, Thursday 6th of August, at 5pm (Finnish time i.e. EEST). For other locations, that converts to (correct me if I'm wrong)
I'd like to hear your point of view of the things we are doing well and the things we need to improve. Bear in mind that I cannot answer on behalf of the application owners or comment specific issues related to individual applications. Rather, I'd like to keep the discussion on a Beta Labs level: how can we make our service better?
