Here we go again - this autumn's Here and now update.

Many thanks to Here and now users for all your feedback. Based on that we were finally able to solve the nasty wrong location problem that had us puzzled for quite a while. You can read the story in the forum if you are into technical details.

Also based on your feedback, the client now checks whether Here and now was started from the browser bookmark or from the application grid. On exit it returns to the browser bookmarks only if it was started from the browser. This was supposed to be in the summer release already, but it was left out due to a human error.

This release also fixes some bugs including one that is actually only visible when there are three or more previews. Which is nice, because we have just released two new services:

Movies listing your favourite flicks nearby (OK, it also shows the ones you do not care about)
Restaurants showing the fine dining possibilities around you (if they happen to be in the Guide - try it and you'll know what I mean)

Download the updated Here and now and please keep the feedback coming. New developments will be based on that.

Thanks for updating Here and Now.

I had to remove all previous refences to Here and Now on my E71 (FW v300.21.012) in order to be able to install this update.

I look forward to use it for finding a good restaurant ;)

No Brazil? Useless to me, as of now. I know Here & Now database will grow eventually, but I hope it's faster than the current pace.

hey Pekka, I had noticed this Movies & Restaurant services in my N82 fews days back, but it didnt show anything. may be I need to download and install updated client.
BTW, when did you actually enabled this ? Because I saw it few days !!! :-)

Hello Pekka,

This application looks awesome and should hopefully be replacing three other 3rd party applications I currently use to achieve what this one app does. With that said I just installed it and only get the green spinning wheel then an error message pops up stating, "Internet: Unable to connect. Try again."

The error appears if I use 3G or WiFi. Is there something I need to configure or set prior to being able to use this app?
