Tell us how we are doing by taking this survey! The results are extremely important to us at Beta Labs and will have a direct impact on our work - and thus quite directly affects you as well.

It won't take long to answer, and I promise to share the results afterwards. The survey has about 10-15 mandatory multiple choice questions and one optional open ended question. It should not take you more than 5 minutes to answer.

Sorry to say that I think this is linked with a previous survey. When I click on the button to "Take a Survey".

On arrival on the survey page, I receive the message "You have already completed this survey.".

I assume it is referring to a previous sruvey or itteration of this survey I have completed in the pat.

Ahh, yes, it's the same survey, but I didn't remember there was any cookie tracking in place. Will remove that. 5 minutes :)

Hello, I believe that Beta Labs is very good, but when someone make a question, sometimes no answer is received from you. For example there is a lot of people that updated the firmware of their phones ( in my case Nokia E71 to the firmware 400.21.013) and we have asked about a new version for Ovi Contacts, because the one that comes with the software is an old version (1.06) and I updated to the version 1.09 and it didn`t work again. Then I had to install the firmware again in order to have it. And that version (1.06) works fine but I can
