Nokia Image Space update: a mobile client with Augmented Reality for trial

Hi again!
We have today included to Image Space Beta Labs page an experimental Image Space Mobile browsing client. With it, you can view the Image Space content around you in Augmented Reality. Also, you can browse the content with your mobile device, similarly as you do with the IS Browser on a computer. You can view and comment the content of other users as well.
If you want to try out, you need to download and install Qt 4.6 and Nokia Image Space Mobile to your N97 mini or other S60 5.0 compass device. You can easily create content for this Augmented Reality application by simply taking a photo with IS Capture on and posting it to Flickr for your contacts or general public.
The application generates some traffic, so you may want to make sure you have a flat rate data plan.
Please try it out, and let us know how to improve the app, as well as the whole Image Space concept.

Hopefully we'll see a Maemo version soon. Shouldn't be too hard seeing that it's based on Qt.
We'll keep that in mind, although this is not a promise yet. Indeed Qt enables this kind of easy porting of applications between platforms.
Happy New Year!

QT is way too big for the C: drive on the N97. Do we "flagship" owners need to accept that the "ship" has hit the rocks for these sorts of new betas due to C: drive space?
When the C: drive starts with c.73MB and reduces to <50MB prior to any user installs. What chance do we have of a working phone when QT needs 10MB and the phone bombs at c.10MB remaining. This leaves us with c.30MB to play with and most of this is absorbed by installing OVI Maps, Nokia Messaging, OVI Contacts and Quickoffice as the v6 version installed in FW is not registerable so if you want to use it you have to install a new version taking a quantity of MBs.
Not Good NOKIA. Not Good.
