Help us make better betas - accept follow-up questionnaires

Hi!

We've been working on a new way to get feedback from you guys. We now have the capability to send you follow-up emails or SMS messages about the betas you've downloaded. As we wish to respect your free choice, we'd rather send the follow-up messages to only those of you who welcome them.

So kindly edit your profile, accept to be contacted and choose your preferred way for follow-ups. And you can of course opt out at any time.

It is ironic that I cannot set my profile to receive invitations to provide feedback, so I could provide feedback it doesn't work... This is in fact something I really don't like about Nokia: every software in the world is more or less beta, but for Nokia it is very often actually both beta and broken. I've been using different Linux flavors for years, but still most of them seemed more polished than Symbian. OTOH I like using my E71 and I'd like to keep it for another couple of years, so it's quite vital to help the development move forward...

I also tried to set this to send me emails but changes are not being saved.

Btw - I want to change my image but can't find a way to do so.

Oh dear, how embarrassing... it seems there is a bug that prevents this from saving in the database. I'll let you know when it is fixed. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

While I'm trying ro update my software version to the v40, ovi suit says me "update not available" but my current version is v31. How can I update my software version ?
