Let's all tip our hats to thewinchester, who has been selected our Contributor of the Month for July 2010. We appreciate his commitment to user experience and user interface issues, his attention to detail in his forum contributions, and his constructive attitude when participating in our trials.

Congratulations!
I'd like to thank the academy for this wonderful honour ;) Thanks all for the congratulations, particularly from the esteemed legion of contributors of the month I now join.
For those who wonder how to make your feedback count (and maybe even recognised for its value), here's some of my quick tips:
1) Be as clear as you can.
2) Be descriptive: If you're reporting a problem or issue, be as descriptive as possible about it so the teams behind each beta can recreate the results and replicate what you're talking about.
3) Look before you submit: See if someone else has already made the suggestion or bug report that you might want to make - and if they have, add to it instead. This allows the beta teams to focus in on and identify the real issues to give each application or idea every chance of success.
4) Keep an eye on the Beta Labs Blog: If you've not done so already, add the RSS feed to your reader of choice.

Currently using an N97, S/W v22 - and this handset continues to drive me around the bend.
