Site updates at Nokia Beta Labs highlight relevant content for you

During the site maintenance break yesterday we managed to deploy some important updates to help keep the site running smoothly and fix some bugs.  Additionally, we've added a few features that should provide visible benefit to you, the Nokia Beta Labs community, especially when you are signed into the site.

Filter for my devices by default

Now on the Applications page, you'll be immediately presented with a list of those beta apps and services which are compatible with the device(s) you've specified in your profile.  Those devices are also listed in the filter box followed by a link to update your device(s) in your profile.  In the interest of simplicity, additional filters are collapsed by default.

Download page layout

We've cleaned up the layout of the download & installation instruction pages.  Again, if you have your device(s) specified in your profile you get only those instructions that are relevant for you.  If you want to explore more or if you don't have a device specified you can see all instructions.

Daily digest of responses to your feedback

To keep you better informed of forum activity (but without overloading your inbox), you now have the option of getting a daily digest which summarizes all new forum responses to posts/comments you've made.  You can opt-out of this or switch to immediate notifications at your user profile page.  Note, if you already subscribed to immediate notifications, you'll continue to receive those unless you change your profile preferences manually.

Sad to say that my model no. nokia 5233 is not listed in the settings page.

Sorry about that. Our device list comes from Forum Nokia's master device list, so I've now asked that it be added there so that we get it for our use too.

@roshan.rims - As a workaround you can add the Nokia 5228 to your profile. It has the same specifications as the 5232 and 5233 so the end result should be the same.
