I'm getting the following error message when trying to register for IdeasProject:
"Oops !!!
I am sorry, but the last action that was taken has failed, and has been noted."
Would it be wrong, if menu key were virtual? Of course, on touchphones.

Hello kj55552009 and who else has same problem,
we got report from couple of person, they had a problem with login via Nokia Account. rest of Nokia account registarions went fine. During our test we couldn't find any issue there. However it does not mean there is no problem (since you got right!) We apologize
here are what you can do for solving problem (we manage to get solved with other user)
please clear your browser cache and cookies and try to login again, it will ask registration page again if you get error message again, please clear cache and cookies and try once more to login (this time registration will not asked) we are still trying to find root-cause of the problem to solve permanently
Note : if you do not want to delete all cookies, please delete only for ideasproject.com
for Firefox you can find under tools / options / privacy / show cookies
for IE it is stored under Temporary Internet Files folder.

@bezirgan: I did as you suggested and deleted all cookies. Now I'm getting a different error message: "An unexpected error has occurred". No more "Oops!!" (how cute!).
Also I received two emails with the title "Welcome to ideas project". But when I try to log in, my password is not recognized. When I try to recover my password using my email address, the email address is not recognized. But this is the same email address where I received those two emails from you, welcoming me to Ideas Project.
I tried a second time, and this time the password reset worked. But when I try to login using the new password, after I click to accept the fine print, again I receive the error message "An unexpected error has occurred".
I have tried with both IE and Firefox (latest versions) after deleting all cookies. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit with the latest updates and have 4 GB of RAM. I have no problems with any other web sites or applications.
Juliette Powell is hot in the above video though. I give you credit for hiring her. Whoever had that idea is a genius.
Update: I was finally able to log in using Google Chrome.
Not giving ideas as even my bug reports get ignored, apps working perfectly fine on my device somehow (!) lose compatibility on the way to ovi store (photo browser) and not a single thing happens for s60v3 here anyway...
Nokians? I guess the I-phone is all the rage in America and that's why they are pushing this towards the Americans. I feel like my Ideas will count for zip now.
Am i listening wrong, or in this video they have been keep on saying, for America, of America, to America, by America?? If i know correct there is no Nokia in America, no body buys it. They buy Android, BlackBerry, iPhone, WebOS. So why Nokia still dreaming about America?? Why can't they move on and make its priority correct? Why can't they concentrate on their strong holds like Asia, Africa & Europe??
The Idea of this project is great, but the only & recurring mentions of America dampens my spirit to participate in this. It feels like its only made for America & their ideas are what Nokia really wants. Same thing happens in many Nokia surveys too where they ask only to the Americans about their feedback towards an app. This is very discouraging.
PS: Nothing against Americans.

when i open num pad foe dialling number..
at that time when i press only one key and then when i delete that number by pressing delete key...
ma phone doesnt vibrate as i already set ma ket vibration on..
and this problem comes only when i press delete after one key...
and i noted this in 3 N8..
u should think abt it..
its normal problem but plz..
and browser sucks bi time but waitning for updated one then i will comment abt it also..
and there is no landscape voice calling..
only landscape dailler is available...
and landscape video calling is there..
and ya one more thing as i set ma date format in DD:MM:YYYY
but everytime i restart ma phone its go back to its defult format as YYYY:MM:DD
thats make me piss offf...

The only thing thats really great on the N8 is its camera! Very good quality pictures and video!

Countries in America continent, in some of them, Nokia does really good.
If there is one thing you can make them hate you as a large company, it is calling USA as America. They really hate it and I know it from the web. If you really want to address USA as America, call it North America.

The idea is simple, when do you will include replication with Lotus Notes into Ovi Suite,,, we will move over blackberry if I don't see this in the next 3 months and many of business users are doing the same because the lack of business application compatible with Lotus Notes.
GO FOR IT! I hate apple and blackberry, but I will love them if they work for business purposes

i would like to give an app suggestion....an app that searches a desired photo on our phone on the web and give us results related to it...like if i m standing near some historical place and i need information about it...i should simply click a photo with my nokia device and then search it on the web and then get the information about it...same can be done with any other place...

I have a problem with Ovi Store App on my Nokia 5800 Xpress Music. When I try to open the Ovi store app, I get the below error,
'Unable to Connect to SErver'.
