Nokia Beta Labs contributor of the month, July 2012: kferlita

This month's nomination for outstanding contributor comes from the Nokia Play To team.

Kferlita was an active contributor to a conversation regarding the Play To application for Windows Phone crashing when playing Zune Pass music.

Kferlita had access to multiple devices in the family and was able to observe different behaviors on different devices.  He provided information to the product team regarding music types (DRM vs DRM free) and even specific albums as part of the updates.  He responded to questions quickly and thoroughly.

When it became clear that the issue could not be resolved through continued postings on the Beta Labs forum, Kferlita accepted an invitation to continue the discussion via a phone call later the same day.

The phone call discussion gave the product team some new ideas on the root cause of the crash which was later identified as incorrect handling of Zune Pass music in a unique situation.

The product team informed Kferlita via email of the findings and Kferlita created a video validating the findings.
