Counters for Lumia lets you monitor your calls, messaging and data

Hi,

Counters application for Nokia Lumia lets you manage your calls, messaging and data use each month. And there’s even the option to reset your counters on your monthly billing date. Simple and friendly design of the application shows how intensively you use the phone.

Counters main features:

  • set limits for calls, messaging, mobile data
  • change start of the counting period
  • see top contacts

 There are some limitations Counters have at the moment:

  • Counters app requires particular phone software. You can check operating system version in Settings>about>more information>"OS version". You should have either 8773 or 8779 in the string. Check for updates here.
  • there are no notifications when set limit is achieved (will come later)
  • conference calls are not counted properly
  • not possible to set data limit counter with a fractional part (i.e. not possible to set 1.5GB limit)

Hi! I dont know where should I post my idea but pls if you can share it with the those how should pay attention to it:
So I just thought that making an notification light with the hardware buttons of the Lumias(especially 710 :) ) would be brilliant. So if I had a missed call, the windows button on my device would blink or somethin like that.

Excelente aplicación, muy util para no pasarnos de nuestros limites, pero como dice el compañero Gectra deberian hacer una aplicacion como la de "Nokia Sleeping Screen" para saber cuendo tenemos una llamada perdida, un mensaje sin leer o una alarma perdida ya que el volumen del lumia 710 comparado con mis anteriores nokias (6131,x2,5530,c6-01) es demasiado bajo y al no poder personalizar los tonos de mensajes, alarma y calendario, escucharlos en ambientes ruidosos (actualmente todas las ciudades del mundo) sera muy complicado

With my carrier I' ve got a daily data limit of 100 mb (free). So it will be useful to choose to reset the data counter daily and not only monthly. Thank you.

¿Incluye la opción de redondear el tiempo de una llamada por minuto? Eso es útil en México, al menos con Telcel, porque así cobra el tiempo utilizado.

Excellent application. One thing that would be nice is in the Data section give the ability to see actual usuage when you set the Mobile data usage per month to GB instead of only showing when you reach 1 GB or allow the MB setting to be 4 digits like 2048 MB.

can you make a application like this for symbian belle fp1 it would be very helpful....we have also got carrier postpaid plans like the lumia users....

Counters needs modifying to run on WP 8. My Lumia 820 doesn't have data sense as it is SIM free unlocked. Miss this App. Makes wp8 a step back..
