This is part of a series in which Nokia is inviting the coolest application developers to showcase and pilot their apps at Nokia Beta Labs.
Today we would like to introduce you to the new real-time messaging application eBuddy XMS, brought to you by the messaging pros from eBuddy.
eBuddy is know for its eBuddy Mobile Messenger app, one of the top applications in the Nokia Store with more than 150 million downloads to date.
We decided to develop eBuddy XMS to bring a real-time messaging experience to users with push-enabled devices. eBuddy XMS allows for a constant stream of communication, where users will never miss a new message from their friends.
eBuddy XMS allows you to exchange messages with your friends, send them pictures and also have a group chat with up to 30 participants!
The application is still in its early stages of development and we look forward to feedback from beta testers willing to help us develop a great messaging solution.
Right now eBuddy XMS supports the following Nokia devices:
- Series 40 6th Edition (beta version)
- S60 5th Edition (Symbian^1) (beta version)
- Symbian (Symbian^3/Anna/Belle) (beta version)
- Meego (in Store)
- Windows Phone (in Marketplace)
Besides Nokia platforms, the app also supports iOS, Android and BlackBerry devices.
We invite you to test the app and provide your feedback. We are curious to hear about your overall impression of the application, whether you have experienced any issues and if you have any suggestions.
We hope you enjoy our new app and thank you for your support!
