Improvements to how we gather and organize feedback at Nokia Beta Labs
Hi,
Like the trials we host at Nokia Beta Labs, we are also looking for ways to improve on how we manage trials in general. A lot of feedback we get from the community and from the product teams we work with has to do with managing feedback. Reducing duplication and increasing responsiveness have been the two main requests.
We are delighted to finally be making some updates to our feedback forums to address these issues.

A few changes at Nokia Beta Labs
After today's service break, there are a few changes to note at the Nokia Beta Labs website. Behind the scenes we deployed a number of updates to improve the publishing capabilites for developers and a few things for our moderators too, but these are the most visible items for you:
New at the site: "My recent activity" and "My starred items" help you keep track of contributions
After today's service break we've got a few things to share with you to make it easier to keep track of previous contributions here at Nokia Beta Labs. We hope you like them.
My feedback threads
Many of you have asked for an easy way to browse all posts you have made here at Nokia Beta Labs. Now it's here, and it's called "My feedback threads". In this view you can browse all of the threads in which you've posted (i.e. created or commented). Those are sorted by date of latest update to the thread.

Nokia Beta Labs updated design: New. Blue. You.
Like the trials that we host, Nokia Beta Labs itself is always trying to improve based on the feedback from the community and from developers running trials here. Today, we have unveiled a new "look" for our site, designed to make the experience of participating in beta trials more personal and more enjoyable. Thanks for your patience during today's service break.
New. Blue. You.
First, we've cleaned up the not-signed-in homepage dramatically to clarify to any first-time visitors what we're about and what kinds of trials we host here.

Beta Labs feedback survey results summarized
It's time to reveal the results of the survey done last month. I'm happy to say we got over 600 responses, so the results are quite a representative selection. The results are clearly positive. Looking back at the conclusions 8 months ago, the work done since and the survey results now, our team is confident our actions had a positive impact.
