Maploader 2.0 is now ready to graduate from betalabs and will be available at http://maps.nokia.com. I want to thank you all for the valuable and useful feedback over the last few weeks, and I really hope you will like the finished version. Major fixes in the release version:
Download! for PC graduated: browser based Nokia Download Store replaces the dedicated PC client
Kudos to all of you who spent time giving us valuable feedback about Nokia's PC based application store Download! for PC. Most importantly, we learned during the nine-month beta period that a browser based service would be more attractive solution than a dedicated PC client.
And now, we can proudly present Nokia Download Store:
Text Messenger and Location Tagger archived from Beta Labs
As discussed earlier, we have now moved Nokia Text Messenger and Nokia Location Tagger to Beta Labs Archive. This means that you can continue using them, but Nokia is not further developing these as standalone apps, nor fixing any bugs.
The good news is that you can expect to get similar functionality integrated as part of standard Nokia offering in the future. Thanks for your valuable comments!!
Nokia Maps 2.0 graduates

Nokia Maps 2.0 is now ready to graduate from beta. Since it was announced back in February a lot of work has been done to correct bugs, improve and add new features.
Beta Labs Archive created (and Device Status moved there)
As you might have noticed, we have set up a new section called Nokia Beta Labs Archive:
Share Online 3.0 graduates
Hereby, we'll declare Share Online 3.0 as graduated. The beta period is over, and the app (the same version as we released under Beta Labs on 25 January) is available for the masses at Nokia Sharing and Blogging website. Hurrah!!
